It's Playtime: Year of the Dragon

Although Chinese New Year is coming to an end, I wanted to feature some of the great projects posted on It's Playtime celebrating this festive holiday.

H is for Homeschooling put together some great Montessori inspired Chinese New Year Tot Trays.  Tongs, chopsticks, scooping; all great for developing those fine motor skills.

Crafts-N-Things created some cute Chinese drums and dragon masks for their Chinese New Year Party.

If you have a chance,  stop by The Heart Project and donate $5 to The American Heart Association.  With every $5 donation you'll receive a beautiful ebook filled with photos from over 100 kid friendly projects.
